Who You're Working With

I've Run the Operation, Not Just Advised on It.

I'm an operator, not a consultant. I fix how a business actually runs, with the customer at the center of it.

Trained where logistics is a science

My foundation came from IKEA and their in-house logistics training, some of the best in the world. I rolled out cardboard pallet conversion and click and collect while the warehouse ran as high as 110 percent of capacity.

A decade running real operations

Then more than ten years at Unicon Concrete Specialties in Edmonton, on distribution and e-commerce. I led their NetSuite rollout, rebuilt how work moved across warehouse, retail, and distribution, and ran a five-acre redevelopment I brought in over a million dollars under estimate.

I see how the whole thing connects

Most people know one piece of a business. I've watched how a single order moves through purchasing, inventory, the warehouse, finance, and back to the customer, and how a small team's workarounds break the moment they try to scale. So the first thing I do is learn how yours runs today, end to end, before I change anything.

How I scope the work

When it touches NetSuite, I plan around the flows the system runs on: lead to quote, order to cash, design to build, and procure to pay. I map where you are, where you want to get to, and the ROI on your own numbers. Then I make NetSuite fit how you run, not the other way around.

I work with your team, not over them

I help your people reshape their own processes instead of handing changes down from outside. And it's never really finished, because better is a pursuit that doesn't end.

Not a one-man show

When a job needs more than me, extra hands or a specific skill set, I bring in specialists I trust. You get one focused operator as your point of contact, with experienced people behind him.

Through all of it, the customer is the center. A system or a process only earns its place if it makes their experience better.

"He consistently sought out opportunities to refine processes, streamline workflows, and position the business for future growth."
